FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ballito, 19 January 2024 - Rise Hockey Academy is thrilled to announce the Hockey Academy schedule for Term 1 in 2024, following a highly successful year in 2023 that saw remarkable growth and success for our players. Despite the challenges faced during the past year, Rise Sport Hockey Academy continues to evolve and adapt, striving for excellence both on and off the field.

In 2023, our players experienced incredible growth and success, showcasing the dedication and hard work of both our coaches and athletes. As we reflect on the achievements of the past year, we are excited about the opportunities that 2024 may bring, building on the foundation of our commitment to developing well-rounded and skilled hockey players.

One of the key insights gained during 2023 was the importance of introducing sports psychology to young athletes. In response to this, Rise Sport Academy is proud to announce a strategic partnership with a renowned sports psychologist and a certified personal trainer. Together, we have developed the innovative Rise Survivors program, aimed at helping individuals overcome mental challenges while simultaneously building physical endurance.

The Rise Survivors sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, fostering a positive and supportive environment for participants. These sessions will take place every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, providing a unique opportunity for individuals to enhance their mental resilience and physical well-being.
